Search Farmstay in North Jackson - Ridgeland

"We stayed for a weekend. Upon arrival, we got checked in. Got to our room, the key wouldn't work. Husband took the key to the front desk (we stayed and waited in the hallway with our luggage). Front desk person told him to give him a min to check others in. Husband told him to just come up when he was done. He didn't want to leave us alone in the hallway (me and 2 children). We waited about 10 min. Husband had to go back down to get him. He was sitting on the counter top on his phone. He came up with a drill. Did some drilling on the card entry and we eventually got in. We had to ask for more towels. There was no soap in the bathroom or trash can. The tub had hair in it. There was a red stain on the floor. A set of blinds didn't work. After we left, noticed a larger than expected charge to my card for parking. We were charged extra for an "oversized vehicle" of which we weren't told. Overall, this hotel needs some serious updates. We won't be staying at this location again. "

"The turn into the hotel is terrible it only allows you to turn one way. This resulted in me having an accident."

"Similar to what you would expect at Salvation Army. Noisy, smelly and sticky hotel room floors. Only smoking rooms were available. I would not recommend if you have kids. We were tired and grabbed the first hotel we saw off the highway and it was a big mistake. Fine if you are ok with roughing it or like loud noises late at night, but you might be more comfortable sleeping in your car in a gas station parking lot if the option is pulling over vs getting a place to stay there."

"The room was very aged, the door lock was broken. The bathroom was not clean. And it was so noisy outside it felt like there wasn't even a solid window. I will not be staying there again."

"Very clean breakfast was amazing. And staff went above and beyond excellent customer service will stay again."

"Unfortunately the small fridge did not work properly and we had to throw away all of our food. The TV did not work properly either with no guide on it. My sisters room had all sorts of stains on the carpet along with stains on her towels. I will say the staff was absolutely fantastic and friendly. None of these things were in their control. "
