Service levels were inconsistent and appeared understaffed. During check-out, I called for assistance with luggage, but no one arrived despite the urgency of our departure. "We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Britomart. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Britomart and very convenient for getting around central Auckland. The hotel is beautifully designed, with a warm, understated feel, and the room was very comfortable and every detail felt extremely well considered. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and breakfast at KINGI was a great addition. We’d very happily stay again."
