"This old hotel needs updating! When we got into our room, there was a wet spot on the floor in front of the bathroom. It was coming from a vent in the ceiling, not sure if it was front the air conditioner or from the rain. There was an old stained ceiling section around it and the floor also showed signs of previous wetness. It looks like they had done some painting recently as there was still painters tape around the bathroom doorknob. My boyfriend said the continental breakfast wasn’t worth...

"I was delighted to discover that this location did in fact have an EV charger. There was some confusion with the other Best Western Plus in the area which evidently has a couple, but no one online had been able to verify anything about the Pyramids location. It was nice to be able to settle down for the night and not have to venture out to a fast charger."

"Breakfast was OK, but that is the only upside to the hotel. My room smelled horrible. While sheets smelt cleaned the were very stained up. The hotel was having issues with their key system and a random person was able to unlock my door and enter. When I talked to the front desk they said they are having issues with the system but we are in a safe area so it should be fine. Other guests were complaining about the same issue. Two days into my 5 day stay the elevator broke down and was not repaired...

"Excellent location. It would have been a 5 star stay. The problem was that there were multiple teenager athletic teams staying there. They were extremely noisy, running up and down the hallway yelling and making noise like crazy. At one point during the evening, they opened a fire door somewhere causing the alarms to go off. Everyone had to evacuate their rooms. All of this of course does not reflect badly on the hotel or the staff, which were top notch. I would however maybe monitor...
