"We had an amazing stay at the Shangri-La Hotel. The spa service was absolutely wonderful — relaxing and professional. We also used the hotel’s car service to explore the city, which was very convenient and comfortable. The food and restaurants were excellent, offering a great variety and top quality. We really appreciated the staff’s hospitality — they even allowed us a free late check-out for six extra hours, which made our departure much easier.
