The staff is friendly, the pools are beautiful, the variety and quality of food is great, the rooms are clean, the bathrooms are large, the beds are comfortable, and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. My only suggestion would be that they should add a shuttle to and from the airport.

The room wasn’t the cleanest, we complained night one that a non smoking room smelt like cigarette smoke and they told us to check back tomorrow to see if they had another room available. Hilton Garden Inn Ft Myers
Service at the desk was very good. The room was not as shown in the online picture and smelled of mold. Stayed two hours and got 75$ of total bill back. Terrible.
