Hotels near North Dunes Nature Preserve

"Elevator was broke. They switched my room to accommodate the elevator broken to a smaller room. However room smelled old. Needs updating in bathroom (caulking/fixature) carpet had a stench. Some employees were nice. Breakfast was horrible limited good options and food was either tasteless or overcooked. Would not recommend stay here.pending refund for room downgrade."

" The water park was fun. Great for all ages. Water slides, a pool with basketball hoops, wave pool for the the older kids. Two nice size kiddy sections with smaller slides and other fun things. Life guards were watchful. Room was very clean. Bring food and drinks as they were overpriced. Great experience overall. "

"A unique hotel. Queen beds only, hmmm. Vinyl plank flooring was curled up on long edge -in main hallway. Unavoidable on two floors. A trip hazard. Really liked the room. No night stand on one side of bed. No reading light near easy chair. Dust was visible on furniture. I thought the hotel was a Hotels.com VIP location; early checkin and other perks. We were not allowed to do so, so we had to find some other place to be for two hours ( Check-in at 4pm, we arrived at 2pm). Excellent location. We were less than 12 mins from the two places we visited."
