Good bathroom lighting for makeup (i know that sounds trivial but anyone putting on makeup understands) and helpful, friendly staff. We will be staying there next time we are in the area. "

"Stayed here for a long weekend get away and catching a show. Sails is good hotel in a great location, close to bars, restaurants and the local club. Ate at the restaurant one night and we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the meals. They do stiff you with car parking fees, which I think is a little rich. However we got a good deal on room rates, so not too bothered. Overall a great place for a getaway in Port Macquarie. "
