Room was very clean with many amenities. Breakfast was great. Waffles, scrambled eggs, pork sausage patties, turkey links, cereal, toast, bagels and muffins. They even have 2 gas grills outside for guest. Two thumbs up 👍👍

The full size fridge was unexpected. Spacious bathroom, great shower, breakfast was good and the area is close to a Ruby Tuesday, Panera, Starbucks, and Walmart. Recommend it.

One bed had dirty, stained sheets. Lock on door didn’t work, stained towel, overall not up to Marriott standards. Fire alarm went off one night while I was in lobby, alarm was silenced before cause known. Safety issue if it had been real.

Property seemed to be very nice and inviting from outside. Front desk was rude to my husband . Was ok with me. We were here from Ga. Tagged along with husband for work. Got into the room it was decent. Was looking for a place that has a stove top and frig. No other hotel in this area had what I needed. OMG!!! The longer we stayed the more roaches came out. I was surprised. So I called the front desk (wanted to call an exterminator )and the receptionist asked me why am I calling on Wednesday and not when we checked in on Monday. And then said, how can I help you because we don’t have another room to put you-in. I told her the longer I’m here the more roaches we have to kill. She said let me call my manager. I told her I am calling corporate. She acted as if she didn’t care and said ok. Will not stay here again. Hate to leave this kind of review. But the receptionist did not try to help.

I didn't like the gact that we had to change our room upon checkin..because I was goven two different set of keys and neither opened door. 2nd room , glasses in cabinet was dirty, soap dispenser was sittings on shelf in shower and glue spot where it should have been on wall, last when we sat down in room to eat breakfast next morning...a roach comes out from somewhere...carpet was dirty..walked around in white socks that ended up dirty from carpet. I don't think I'll stay here again.

Utensils and dishes we dirty. Refrigerator door needs to open opposite way. Lacking bedding for the pull out, and missing one set of towels. Could also use a sponge.

Give this hotel a try.
The room was clean, and comfortable.The staff was very friendly. Having a small kitchen was a real bonus. I highly recommend this hotel!

Convenient stay
Very nice stay for my kids and I. We appreciated the delicious breakfast and manager's reception. Beds were comfortable, free laundry was a nice perk too.

We stayed here for a night just a couple days prior to this stay so check in was even easier than the 1st stay. The last time we stayed we were on the 5th floor and the unit seemed new. This time we were on the 4th floor and the unit was a bit run down. Plus we discovered through allergic reactions that they allow pets. The carpet was torn up in two places and it was not nearly as nice as the one we stayed in on the 5th floor.

Super friendly staff. They even had a complementary dinner of BBQ, slaw, and green beans. Awesome after a hard day of driving. We were on the 5th floor and the room actually looked new even though we were told the facility was over 5 years old.

Fabulous Charleston
Very good first impression reception very welcoming When we got to our room it was not what we thought we had reserved so off I went back to reception I explained that we thought there would be a separate lounge with a sofa bed for my cousin but it was in the same room and if that was the case we would like 2 proper beds The problem was soon sorted and we were able to have what we thought we had booked It was like a small appointment fridge cooker and dishwasher we spent 3 very comfortable nights in Charleston The breakfast was very good and on 2 of the nights there was an evening buffet which was excellent The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were well looked after one of the best hotels we have stayed in for a very long time

Checked in and was to have a King bed. Was told since we booked third party, we wouldn't get our preference, just what they had left. Ended up with queen bed. Went to room and immediately found a cockroach. Had dish towels in kitchen area, but no dish cloths. Tissue box only had three tissues inserted into a plastic box. Breakfast were same each day. Receptions were nice and found Monday and Tuesday to be good. Front worker that did the 2-10 shift (guessing at time) was rarely there. Husband needed to talk to him about the garbage and we attempted several times. No one at front desk when he was on duty!!! Not good.

Excellent stay. Check in was fast- room extremely clean and comfortable. The breakfast was way above usual with sausage, eggs, cereals, waffles, toppings galore and more. Great value! Additional services we needed were prompt and friendly.
