Dirty bed linen and insufficient towels or water to cater for the number of booked guests. Breakfast was exceptional as were the breakfast staff. Wait staff in the pool deck were often hard to find. "Our room was very handy for the pool and the restaurant and was reasonably quiet. The manager and staff were very courteous and helpful and the manager was able to arrange a Safari at late notice and a tuktuk guide for the ancient city. The Safari guide Zion was excellent as was his driver. The tuktukguide Kumar was also very good."
