The hotel was quiet at night even with children staying there and the pool was super clean. The drivers for the shuttles were super polite and helpful...

"The room was very good. The kitchen service was average. The front desk staff, first an African American woman and then a young African American man, did not even offer a simple smile. Their attitude was cold and came across as annoyed. At check-out, there was a different young man who treated us well and was courteous during our departure. This is not about racism at all, but their poor service clearly stood out."
