"Property is so big and everything walking to place we want to go. Should have more parking lot for front of room. "

"The multi bed suite is 2 full size beds and a twin pull out. Sleeps 5 at best. The pull out was so uncomfortable that my kid chose to sleep on the also uncomfortable couch. The pool and jacuzzi are broken until further notice. The pancake machine was making scrambled pancakes, and giving out crispy pieces of other peoples previous pancakes."

"We booked a junior suite. Our suite had an adjoining room. The door between our room and the adjoining room was paper thin. We could hear every word of our neighbors from their bed. Worse, our other neighbor eith no adjoining door, we could hear their morning pee and flush routine. Ugh"

"Booked for spa experience, had a credit I did NOT get to use cause the times were no availability and the hours were very short. And they asked you to book online which gave very limited options. The check in was not so welcoming, info very vague, and then had a $300 incidental hold…. Which I better get back. Rated as a 4star location why? Pool was dark and merely granted slightly chilly this week, outdoor hot tub only open for 3 hours of the day. I drove up and down the strip with places of...
