"The property had 2 restaurants and a cafe. Bottled water was free of charge. The balcony overlooking the marina was perfect."

"Everything was simple. I felt the room was clean and safe, but nothing more or less. It was nice being so central to the beach and shops. "

"We really liked the property—especially the beach. The room itself was generally excellent, though the common areas could use some maintenance considering the price point. Blue Heaven, by contrast, is a much more luxurious hotel, although the beaches are simply incomparable—Alexandra’s beach is far superior. As for customer service, it wasn't particularly good for such an expensive hotel; it felt as though the staff had no desire to work. We did, however, receive excellent service at the Fire and Ice restaurant, as well as at the bar located right next to it."
