"The hotels is an older well used hotel that is reasonably well maintained. The staff was great. A $15 per night vehicle parking charge is required which is NOT noted on the main page of the Hotels.com property information but on a sub-page. This is terrible deceptive business practice and needs to be stopped. The $15 gotcha charge also does not come up as a final all costs included prices page but as a final step of registration. Not equitable when arriving late on a rainy Seattle night.
There is another competitive hotel next door if you do not support Larkspur/Hotel.com poor business practices."
"Cons: There is construction at every corner. It’s loud at 4am. Bring your ear plugs. Towels were hard as a rock as if they starch them. Bring your own water in. Shower blasted scorching hot water ever 2 min then cold. Shocking to find a non smoking hotel where outside balcony had cigarette butts all over. Pros: Hotel and Staff were amazing. Rooms are big and spacious. Comfortable. I would give it higher rating but with all the loudness that’s about it. "
"Staff was amazing, old hotel with lipstick paint and remodling. Rooms smell bad, loud neighbors after hours with no consequences. Pictures are NOT what the rooms actually are. "
