"This is our 2nd stay at the Hyatt Centric in Murano, and we wouldn't stay anywhere else in Venice. The waterbus stop is right outside the hotel, the shops are right outside the hotel, there are at least 8 restaurants within 200m of the hotel! It's clean, bright and modern, with lovely facilities and excellent staff. "

"Très bel hôtel, bien situé dans le quartier Cannaregio. Mobilier et décoration raffinés et très inspirés. Personnel de l’établissement faisant preuve d’un grand professionnalisme, sympathique, souriant et serviable. Notre chambre était cosy et agréable (vue intérieure sur le jardin et la terrasse). Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement aux futurs voyageurs. Merci pour ce séjour réussi. "

Offering help with destinations, places to eat, directions My daughter was really ill with a heavy cold one night so I asked for specific room service and they were brilliant. Hotel is in perfect position Super quiet and central to everything"

"The hotel is really beautifully decorated, keeping up with Venizian style, spacious and clean. The reason for lower rating are the following: 1/no complementary water in the room (small water bottles available in mini bar for €8!). Water is such a basic necessity I would have expected from a 5* hotlel, 2/ no kettle not coffee machine in rooms, 3/ Cleaning staff was entering our room every evening without knocking and didn't speak English. "
