"Welcome to 1950. The decor of the hotel is very dated. But it was spotlessly clean and well maintained. Don't expect powerpoints by your bedside and have fun climbing into the bath for a shower whilst navigating the plastic shower curtain. In saying this it's a pretty decent hotel for the price being charged. I've stayed in modern hotels that had mold in the shower and peeling paint. But not this one. Albeit dated, it was in excellent condition. Good location with numerous places to eat nearby. Car parking was limited and had to park on a side street. "

"The rooms are not overly clean- lots of dust. The tv in the room is horrible. It would not respond to the remote easily - very delayed. Also you can’t connect your device to the tv like other hotels to stream. You have to pay for movies - old school and limited and faulty as wouldn’t always play the movie. Had to call reception to have Maintence come up. Even then it struggled to work. The Mayfair reception staff didn’t even know the in room iPad could book a taxi. As we booked one for advance and it hadn’t been actioned. The prices of the rooms is over priced in my view for the quality and amenities provided. The breakfast was average. Waffles were always out of stock at the buffet and not refilled. "

"Everything about Breakfree proved to be great during my 2 day stay. It was an excellent and stress free experience. I plan to stay there again if the price remains affordable. Thank you once again for providing good accommodation with kitchenette, iron and hairdryer included. The beds were very comfortable. Excellent location too in Melbourne St, Nth Adelaide!"
