"I've lived here 2 times already. Everything is very good, good service, excellent breakfast, everything is clean, good neighbors. The only drawbacks are that it is not so close to the city center"

"The place was beautiful and quiet, it was a bit up on the hill, and taxis had issues to get there, so I had to go down to them. The room was spacious, clean and with all needed things in it. The only thing I did not like this much, was the policy of not having guests, my friend had to stay outside of the area in the night when I wanted only to check in and go out again. Though it is not the worker's fault as it is the policy of the property. Generally I recommend"

"I came from the United States knowing little Armenian language and they were very friendly and extremely helpful and took the time to help me with a few Armenian words and they were very patient and caring. I would recommend this hotel to everyone !!!!"

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. I actually needed to go to a hospital during my stay, and they were able to find one close that had at least one person who spoke English. They also followed up with me the following day to make sure I was fine. The room was clean. The shower was large and didn't get water everywhere. The location was nice too. A lot of good restaurants around and the park was clean and calm. I would stay again if I get the chance to head back to Yerevan."
