"Very nice hotel in a lesser crowded area of VA beach. Nice back patio to the beach. The service from staff is hit and miss. Some are very pleasant while others didn’t want to be bothered at the front desk. "

"Our stay at the Hyatt was overall great! The employees were nice and everyone was helpful and generous. My only complaint is that the sheets we had had way more sand in them than I would expect at a beach hotel. Also a few of my family member’s breakfast plates were dirty. But besides that, we had a wonderful stay and would come again."
