"The moment we pulled up we were greeted with the the most friendly vallet attendant. The front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful as well as we were not sure where to park the car at first but one phone call to the front desk aa she noticed us parked and assured us we were in the right spot. The shining star of this Holiday Inn Express was the gentleman at the front desk. He was very friendly and went above & beyond to secure me gauze & tape when I cut my toe on the pavement. The hotel was also near many places to eat and felt safe. Definitely recommend!"

"Staff was rushing and communication was poor. Even though it was refunded I was charged for something I without knowing the amount nor that it was charge. Wasn’t aware i had to purchase a parking pass and I also had to ask the price of that because she just swiped my card for it. Not only that the property was very noisy and had a weird smell. I couldn’t sleep comfortably and the light in the room was too much that next morning. Blackout curtains would’ve been great but they had sheer curtains. It wasn’t work the price paid for one night "
