"The building and the staff were great! Such a cute property and a really nice room. Only downside was that it was pretty loud due to traffic noise outside (and an early morning party in the parking lot next door). But the staff and amenities were really top notch, and breakfast was very tasty both days!"

"Stayed for a wrestling event wanting a hotel with an indoor pool. The whirlpool was closed and you might as well say the pool too. The pool was low of water, had two dehumidifiers with the drain lines running to the pool and not to a drain. The drain areas were all clogged with standing water and brown. Highly unsanitary. Entered room with a stale smell. Lightings in room very dim to deter the stained and highly worn furniture. The mattress was very hard with the flattest pillows. No bedding for...

"I was not impressed by the restaurant staff and would not recommend going there. Hit outside spots instead. Hotel was nice and continently located right next to the water taxi that takes you right downtown Norfolk."

"$280 a night for a run down hotel with no hot water in the sink, and only intermittent lukewarm water with low pressure in the shower. Property was run down, there were hairs on the towels, and the sheets didn't look clean. What a ripoff!"

"The staff was great. The hotel is used mainly as long term housing for low income people. You get what you pay for here. Everyone was nice and there wasn’t any trouble. It was quite at night which was good. If you need a place for one night without any options you can stay. But more than that I would not book"

"Location is walking distance to the outlets and there is even a trail you can walk to get you there. The down side to this hotel was they do not have rooms that have not had animals in them. I know it a pet friendly hotel but most hotels still have rooms that have not had animals. I have allergies and I had some difficulty with my allergies in the room."
