"The staff were very unhelpful , wouldn’t provide instant coffee , despite a kettle in the room .. only tea apparently, the fridge in the room would work sporadically .. even refused to give me dental kit ..and no shower caps … definitely not worth the money "

"The hotel is very nice and has great staff, the rooms are spacious and clean. I would give them a higher rating if the beds wouldn't be so rock hard, this is not for anyone that sleeps on the side. I wish they had the option to get a mattress topper for anyone not used to feeling like sleeping on the floor. (sort of) The breakfast area was wonderful, very nice choices and large buffet that was well stocked. Parking and Wifi are free and they are a short walk away from the U-Bahn. I would maybe stay again, but the 3 nights were quite torture to sleep. "

"Our favorite place to stay in Nuremberg. Close to the castle, tram and alt stadt. We traveled with our aging boomer parents, that were challenging. (So sorry!) The staff were very helpful, patient, and understanding. They have a great breakfast and rooms are always comfortable. Had an issue with the water not being hot in the rooms, hopefully it will be fixed. Had a comfortable stay and will stay here again and again. "
