"Room not clean on arrival, bits of tissue over carpet and toilet will heavy staining. Room too small for 3 falling over chairs to get out of bed. Not the room shown on booking. Breakfast good choice no gluten free bread but there was a gluten free cinnamon roll. Good location easy transport links. Digital check-in and key didn’t work . Expensive for basic hotel. Refurbished recently but cheaply done."

"The double room that we booked did not seem to fill a double room. It was too smaller than I was suspected. I had to upgrade it when I got there, sink was clocked. Hand soap was empty throughout the whole time we were there. Paper towels was empty price wise was reasonable."

"The hotel is not centrally located as advertised, which was disappointing. The hallways had an unpleasant smell throughout my stay. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and helpful. I was surprised to be charged for luggage storage, as they only offer paid lockers. The soundproofing is very poor — you can hear everything from neighboring rooms, including very intimate noises, which made the stay uncomfortable. There is also noticeable noise from trains outside. Overall, the hotel does not offer good value for the price."

"We loved the property, walking distance to train station and loved the breakfast, nice and helpful staff, good for staying overnight, we had long layovers for our connection flight next day and took the train to hotel.the only problem was no elevator and my husband had heart issues and hard to go up through stairs but we didn’t ask to change the floor, I am sure we f we were requested, they were going to change it . Thanks"

"Great staff, attentive and looked to make my trip memorable. Room was clean and comfortable. Amenities varied, social games for teenagers, football, yoga, gym! All you can eat pizza / pasta was great! Breakfast was authentic - a lot of sandwich breads and meats (they have multiple panini grills to enjoy them hot) The free walking tour - avoid Sebastion if you can, he kept asking for tips through the trip and it was assured that it’s a free walking tour - it is not expected for guests to tip! "
