"The staff was generally amazing. Robert was incredibly helpful and kind in answering all of our questions. There was another gentleman at night who's name has slipped my mind, but he was also very kind and eager to help! My only minor complaint is not having dish soap or cleaner in the room! You can buy it for very cheap downstairs, we just never got around to it. "

"My husband and I stayed for 9 night at Cove for vacation and we were satisfied by every services provided. We got immediate help by super friendly staff whenever anything came up thought out our stay. Nice sitting area at the lobby with 24HR available coffee machine that keep you away from Starbucks. In the middle of busy shopping district but the noisy isolation was very good that we barely hear any street noise. We definitely stay again with them in the next visit in Den Haag."

Nothing was too much for them, However there was one downside at least for us there was. We stayed in one of their apartments which was really nice but it was cold, the heating system didn't work, we contacted reception and they sent a man up, but all he did was what we had already tried, We reported it to a manager the day we left who had it investigated and yes there was a fault...

"The staff at this Yays location were very helpful. They helped explain how the parking/ transportation works, gave me pointers for food and grocery for the baby, and their coffee at the reception desk is great. "Very new and clean property. Apartment was large with washer/dryer in unit and a big window letting in lots of light. Elevators were quick and the building secure, requiring your key card to use elevator. Located in the south end of Amsterdam, but close to transit options. Quick transit ride to the airport. The whole area is being developed and is a busy area for students at the university, and lots of businesses close by. "

"I liked the location, you can get a ferry for free, outside the property towards the Central station or walk about 5mins to the bus stop instead. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The property is gorgeous with a stunning view of the river. The only let down is the noise policy. No music or noise from 9pm-8am, which for 5 women celebrating a birthday is incredibly hard. I kept receiving text messages regarding the noise which was disheartening."

"Amazing hotel! Trip to Amsterdam for valentine's, stayed four nights here. The apartments are so nice and come fully equipped! The beds are comfy and can easily access apps on the TV. They allowed me to have flowers delivered as well and put fake petals on our bed for valentine's! Amazing! Front of house staff really friendly as well, also loved that we could borrow games. Really recommend here if you're staying in Amsterdam, easy to get into center as well. Loved my stay here!"
