Appartement ne correspondant pas aux photos de l'annonce. Pas propre du tout, poussière, saleté, sol de la douche répugnant, cafards dans la salle de bain et chambre à coucher. En arrivant, le sol était sale, on voit que le ménage est bâclé. Mais surtout, l'appartement n'est pas entretenu. Plus jamais! Seul avantage, le site de la résidence est agréable. Belle piscine et jolie espace barbecue.

The 2 bedroom loft was perfect for me and my family. My two boys and I had a blast at the pool and we all never minded staying in some nights. This place was great and we would rent there again.

Never made it to Aruba!

Well, I cannot review the property since Covid shut down the airport 7 days before we were to fly to Aruba. I can review communication from the property which was terrible. As soon as the airport shut down I reached out via email (there is no phone number listed for this property) asking about rescheduling or getting a refund. No answer. I reached out twice more trying to start a dialogue. No answer. I finally resorted to calling my credit card to get a refund. I am currently in negotiation for a refund. It is really disappointing that the property never even tried to communicate options for our reservation. My advice is to book where the property managers at least communicate. These do not.

Liked how quite it was and how the property is taken care of very clean. We were disappointed in the bathroom and kitchen; no real counter space for your belongings. The first 2days there were 4 of us in condo-very tight. Pull out couch tolerable. No real space for extra clothes. The air-conditioning unit in the bedroom is right over the bed (quite large). We kept temp where it was recommended to be, yet it still dripped on my husbands head. The queen mattress was quite lumpy and soft. The shower doors tend to leak a lot. There is no caulk at base of shower doors. The main disappointment was the "free internet" first few days there was no internet. We were told someone was coming to fix the wi-fi. Finally when it was fixed you could only get access outside the condo then spotty at best. No wi-fi in the condo.

Villas were super clean, and staff was amazing! We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Aruba. The villas are only a short walk to the beaches, restaurants and shops!

Amazing Condos!

We extended our stay from a company trip and both couples were extremely impressed with the condo. It was clean and roomy and had a great view of the pool. Would definitely stay again if we are ever in Aruba!

This was a great property! It was clean, convenient and had everything that my family needed to make our stay fantastic! The beach was a 15 minute walk away (Moomba) but we chose to drive. Plenty of free public parking at any of the beaches. There were beach towels in the room for us to use, so that saved space in our luggage, too! The washer and dryer in the room was a great amenity so we could pack lightly and wash halfway through our week. They provided a few packets of detergent, but we also brought our own. The kitchen had enough plates to serve our family of 6. The only thing I wish they had was a cookie sheet! The pool was great, although we didn't use it that much. We went to Aruba to enjoy the ocean! There didn't seem to be a struggle for chairs around the pool, though! Overall, the condo was great! We felt safe and would definitely stay here again!

very happy with the rooms and amenities, pool and parking was fabulous, no loud noise at night was able to actually sleep! as well very close to the hotel district, could walk there in 5 mins...only drawback was that they sent me an email claiming we broke the coffee carafe, after we had done a final inspection...said we were paying for it...in an effort to keep peace, i agreed to pay for it, just never got the cost yet! we shall see!

The location is very good and close to the main beach resorts such as Hilton and Barcelo. It is about 15-20 min walk to the beach. The building looked like it is being maintained regularly and looked after very well. The lobby is very nice and welcoming. The swimming pool is clean and big enough. Free car park space is a major plus and and is within the gated security access of the Condos. The property was a one bedroom apartment with a sofa bed, with a balcony overlooking the swimming pool. The apartment is very spacious and modern. Our check out process was handled well thanks to Rolando at the reception. He was very kind and professional and arranged access to the property after the check out for us to change our clothes after the beach, as our flight was in the evening. Many many thanks to Rolando! We are very happy to have stayed at Palm Aruba Condos and would definitely recommend to everyone!

This property was amazing. Spotless on cleanliness! Short drive to the beach but beach parking was no problem. Guarded gate makes you feel safe, staff was always smiling and ready to help. We will stay here again!

Excelente !!

Adoramos a estadia!! Apartamentos bem equipados, ar condicionado, limpos com máquina de lavar roupa, fundamental em viagem com família. O condomínio possui uma piscina muito boa , academia , quadra de tênis. Próximo da praia Palm Beach e restaurantes, 10 minutos andando. Um restaurante ao lado do condomínio, Subway. Wendy`s , KFC e Mac Donald`s e um Mercadinho, tudo na mesma rua. O Supermercado SUPER FOOD fica 10 minutos de carro. Dica importante é tranquilo e reservado, diferente dos Hotéis na beira da praia. Lotados de hospedes!! Voltaria e recomento.

Boa opção fora da praia.

Apesar de alguns poréns, o hotel é excelente. O quarto é enorme, contando com todo o tipo de facilidades, fogão, geladeira, lava louças, maquina de lavar roupas, etc., além de sofá-cama, varanda, mesa de jantar e, principalmente, um banheiro muito bom além do lavabo. As condições do hotel também são impecáveis, com estacionamento, quadra esportiva, piscina e churrasqueira. Os únicos pontos negativos, na minha opinião, são a cama e travesseiros um pouco desconfortáveis, e o fato de não ter serviço de limpeza/arrumação do quarto durante a hospedagem, mas, ao final das contas, nada que prejudique a experiência. Recomendo fortemente o estabelecimento.

Comfortable and Convenient!!!

We loved this condo. It is within walking distance to some great restaurants, it has a wonderful and uncrowded pool, the rooms are super clean and well stocked, and the staff are fantastic. We loved the island and the condo so much, we have already booked again in July!!! Can't recommend this place enough. While it's not on the beach, it also doesn't limit you to spending time on one beach and since we rented a car we were able to visit 6 different beaches, all with a different feel and enjoyment!!

Luxurious condos

I’ve visited Aruba quite few times and stayed in all different locations. This place is the only one that I can say I would definitely go back. Close to the busy beach and the restaurants but also private. We stayed at room 202 and it was a wonderful experience.

The room was nice, but it's not close to anything

The staff is rude and unreliable. There is often no one on duty and there is no way to tell when they will return. If you ask them to book any reservations for you, be sure to verify. We were told it was done, yet when we arrived, we were told we didn't have a reservation at the passions on the beach. We were also told one price for an activity and charged a higher price
