"What a wonderful resort. The staff throughout were amazing but special mention to Vivien from Guest Relations, Immaculate in the Liquid bar and Poram the shuttle driver who went above and beyond in all our dealings. Poram, the bus karaoke will live long in the memory!! The over water villa was spacious, clean and had all amenities, including the sharks and manta rays in the water immediately outside. Incredible snorkelling from just off our dock at room 412. The food was varied and delicious. Pier 6 was incredible for the quality of both the included al a carte meal and the tepanyaki. We had two trips to the spa for the included treatments. They were so good we added a back massage and facial for the second. Amazingly relaxed for days afterwards. Overall a fantasic experience that we hope one day to repeat. Thanks again to all the staff at the resort for making it such a memorable stay."

"We loved our stay at Raaya. The property is lovely. Clean, modern and well-kept. The beaches and waters surrounding the island are pristine and simply beautiful. We stayed at one of the over water villas with direct access to the ocean and snorkeled to our heart’s content (saw plenty of fish, and even rays). Spa services were fantastic, got 2 massages and totally worth it, some of the friendliest staff worked there. Food at the three restaurants on the property was great and service was good. This was our second time in the Maldives and we had a blast. "

"It s paradise on earth! I ve been to Maldives before and what really makes a resort a five star is the actual reef, and this reef was great for swimming. We got the beach pool villa. It was actually on the beach with direct access to the sea and the private pool, much better for the water villas that are very close one to another. We really enjoyed the swimming and we didn’t even have to use our sea shoes because it was free of corals. Mandra trip and dolphin trip was absolutely amazing! Half board is all you need with great theme dining that changes every night. Looking forward to come back with the kids."

"The place is absolutely amazing, a true paradise built from the sand! Many thanks to Vijay for taking care of us throughout the journey, ensuring the beddings were clean and the fridge was full. Big thanks also to the doctor for his kind support, as we sun-burnt our legs just before arriving to the island. This was a true 5 star experience, the only improvement feedback I'd like to point out is that the cold drinks should be colder, but you can always ask for more ice."

We were warmly welcomed by our personal concierge, Poula, who went above and beyond to make us feel like royalty. He and his team arranged a stunning private dinner setup and helped us book an incredible professional photographer. We ended up purchasing two albums because we simply couldn’t choose from all the amazing photos. This place gave us the perfect balance of peace and adventure.
