"The front desk is not staffed until 10 am. It is advertised as 8 am. The room was clean and easy to control the temperature. The couch was extremely uncomfortable. The television speaker was worthless. We had the room with the biggest tub. But were not able to enjoy it because we could never get it warm enough.
