"Amazing ! The most beautiful hotel I’ve been to. It is dreamy. A few items to note that are strange for such an high end hotel: not all rooms have bathrobes? Only the bigger suites, which is a weird thing to do considering the price, and for a Michelin grade hotel too… first time I’ve seen this. Also, selection of drinks is limited. Other than that, the service was amazing, the location amazing, loved it. Thank you!"

"The staff is very friendly and speak many languages. You are greeted by a staff member as soon as you arrive and led in to their beautiful lobby with comfortable sofas where they check you in. Then they take bring you a wonderful aperitif of your choice with little snacks. You feel very special the moment you walk in. Pure luxury. The housekeeping staff always kept your room clean replenishing bath towels as needed. The staff is very professional and helpful."

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel, il est très bien placé pour explorer la région des pouilles. D’une propreté impeccable et très bien équipé, les chambres sont très agréables, la vue avec la piscine, c’est juste magnifique ! Le petit déjeuner excellent avec de bons produits de la région et pour finir, le gérant et ses employés sont très sympathiques, agréables et donnent de très bons conseils. "Everything was great BUT unfortunately they have a trick on the spa and wellness brochure which you need to be aware. Everything on the manu has a price listed (massages scrub facial nails etc) EXCEPT the SPA sauna Turkish bath and pools tour. They decided to omit the price so customer get confused and think that is free of charge but at the end they ask for 95€ for person. I found it very tricky because if they want to be honest they have to have price list with everything not everything except...
