"The residence is located at a great neighborhood with lots of grocery and food options nearby, although the nearby restaurants (especially in Nisantasi) are a bit overpriced compared to central Istanbul.
My favorite food go-to nearby was Besiktas, which was a 20-min walk and the prices were more reasonable.
The residence staff were very helpful and highly responding. There's no routine housekeeping, but they will provide the service when requested.
The apartment we stayed in was well maintained...
