I believe the reception desk is staffed 24 hours, she was there when we got in late and at breakfast as well. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. She also helped us with bike rental and laundry. The room was very comfortable and clean. We only wish we were staying here longer "

"Breakfast was supposed to be included as per the advertising on Expedia, but was not available. The dining area has been converted to living area for owner. The owner drove us to the train station twice. Once to get a ticket on the day of our arrival and again to get to our train. The owner also arranged laundry washing for us"

"The main problem for me was the gym. If they are going to promote their Hotel as having a gym the equipment needs to be functional and of good standard, it was not. The service was OK, the room was fine but nothing special. "
