"The property is very intimately set up the room that I got had the hot tub and the balcony connected, which was very nice. "I am giving three stars because I expected more from the presidential room we paid for. While the staff were welcoming and helpful, the hotel itself left much to be desired. A major issue was the lack of hot water for showers, which is unacceptable considering the price of the presidential suite.
