I was desperately ill while staying at L’Orangerie, but the staff and hotel were perfect. Staff were always helpful and kind, and L’Orangerie is a comfortable and very pleasant place to stay!

Very comfortable room 20 min from centre. Good breakfast, pleasant staff. Attractive setting round internal courtyard. Next to busy road but shutters meant noise was okay.

The property was very nice, and indecent shape considering it’s an older property. Some parts were in a little bit of disrepair, but the staff were very nice and did a good job. The breakfast was awesome. The area in proximity to the main town was close enough, probably not the safest of all areas, but safe enough for visitors. Considering the price point, probably fits the value price proposition.

Area around this property at night felt pretty unsafe. Hotel staff were fantastic and very helpful but the room was dated and very hot the fan did not work. It’s November and inside my room was 31 degrees the first night. I had to leave my patio door open which did not feel safe in order to sleep comfortably. Would not be my first choice.

Clean and comfortable

Thought the hotel well placed with restaurants 2min walking distance . We had a ground floor room with the pool right outside which was great . The room was very clean and the bed comfortable , clean towels every day and maid service . Good breakfast buffet . Overall really pleased with this choice of hotel .

We were amazed at the beauty of the hotel and grounds; thrilled to have a balcony overlooking the palm trees and small swimming pool. The breakfast also was a lovely surprise: tasty AND healthy options and they made it possible for us to collect ours on a tray to eat on our balcony. Highly recommended!!

The mosquito room

This place needs a bit of updating, but it was still okay for the value. Only thing that bothered me was mosquitoes. There’s no screen on the windows and the room didn’t have air conditioning yet because it’s still May. So open windows let in mosquitoes that attacked me during the night. I got multiple bites that are still itchy. Not so fun.

Séjour parfait. J'ai déjà réservé pour la semaine prochaine. Je ne suis pas directement concerné mais je pense qu'une douche à l'italienne serait plus appropriée notamment pour les personnes handicapées ? De même le restaurant mériterait plus d'être ouvert le soir que le midi né ?

Lit confortable et chambre spacieuse - Déception à l'arrivée en apprenant que le restaurant a décidé de fermer ( décision prise il y a une semaine selon l'hôtelier ce qui est surprenant) l'hôtel ne nous a pas informé . J'avais réservé cet hôtel en raison de la présence d'un restaurant autrement j'aurais réservé ailleurs . - Autre désagrément : obligation de payer à l'arrivée même si on prend des boissons durant le séjour ( obligation de repayer à nouveau) alors que dans la quasi totalité des hôtels on peut régler à l'arrivée. pour rappel le paiement est sécurisé par notre CB à la réservation. J'ai payé au chek in et donc demandé ma facture, l'hôtelier a refusé de ma la donner et a indiqué me la donner au chek out , ce que j'ai refusé car il a l'obligation de me donner une facture du moment qu'il exige l'encaissement de la chambre . PS : je suis un voyageur trés fréquent dans le cadre professionnel
