"Was a little disappointed with this property having stayed at similar Oaks hotels in other cities. Location is good relative to public transport options and shopping but I think that a bit of modernisation is required. Bathroom was incredibly small, no rubbish collection arrangements and walking down 14 flights of stairs after fire alarm alerts on two occasions didn’t help."

"The toaster in the room was broken so we asked for a working toaster on day 2. We stayed for 6 days and weren’t given the toaster. Room was clean but stained carpets and myself and my partner were constantly coughing only while we were in the room. Hopefully that was just us and not a mould issue."
