Front desk staff manager, Razul, was extremely helpful with excellent service & travel advice. "This hotel is a 10 Star in our opinion! A Must for any age traveler! The property is so charming and inviting. The staff is so welcoming, knowledgeable and knows the area so well! We are just in awe! We stayed three nights and wanted to stay for a month. The rooms are so cozy and roomy, the restaurant was next to our room and so convenient. The food was delicious and the rooftop bar was magnificent. The Poem coffee shop was something I looked forward to a couple of times a day. Always the perfect latte with a cookie and a Rumi poem. And the spa, oh my, a lovely spa and the treatments were fabulous. Bring a suit for a lovely sauna and swim with hot tub. You never have to leave this little piece of heaven! They have everything you need here! "
