"Terrific location for Christmas Markets, pleasant and cozy hotel, beautiful decor. Very spacious room,very nice surprise that it had a view to the Xmas Market, wish it had wooden floor rather than carpets but thats my personal preference. Loved having bath robe and slippers provided, very nice touch and great tobhave a kettle in the room too. "Staff didn’t pick up room service trays overnight. Staff knocked on door and asked to clean our room when we hung a “Later, Please” sign from the door handle. Sign was removed. Cookies were plentiful. The hotel is a 30-minute bus ride from the train station. Buses run every 30 minutes."

"We were in the studio apartment for 6 people and it was perfect for us. Plenty of space, comfortable beds/sofa beds and the bathroom looks brand new and well stocked with toiletries. We had our dog with us and there's plenty of grassy area outside the hotel. It's right next to a petrol station and shop with lots of things to put together dinner in the apartment. The staff were so lovely and helpful and even did a load of washing for us! Overall, it was a great stay and we'd definitely come here...
