"I don't often leave reviews, but we really enjoyed our time here. This was our last of 4 stops on our 9 day vacation across Guanacaste. The room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The beach is a 5 minute walk down the street and a convenient store is a 5 minute drive. Last but not least the staff at Sueño were incredibly pleasant and made the last leg of our trip a bit more enjoyable. "Was a bit disappointed with our stay here. I’d read that the rooms were a bit dated, but it was rundown in aspects as well. The window in our bathroom had a broken hinge, the towels were old and tattered, the faucet discoloured, but the worst part was the bugs in the room. There was an ant (?) infestation - they’d burrowed a few holes into the bathroom doorframe and they were coming in and out of them and we found them in various places around the room. "This was our second year coming to the Rip Jack villas and it was an excellent stay. Hotel staff was very kind and courteous. Rooms were clean and kept clean daily. The food in the hotel was delicious; we’re still debating who among us had the best meals. This year we traveled with a larger group and everyone had a great time.
