"Rooms were simple but we did go to Tamarindo to sit in our rooms all day. Our cleaning lady did a great job everyday. The layout of the resort was a little different than I had imagined. Our rooms were across the road from beach and restaurant however this was not a issue. Buffet was loaded with local foods and fresh fruit! We did not use the pool near the beach but the one located near our room was big, clean and never felt packed. It was nicely located within the town. Overall I would stay...

Hospitality from Mariano was top notch and he helped us booked a sunset horseback ride on the beach which was a highlight of the trip. Unique property up in the jungle of Mal Pais, so you will be best suited with 4wd car if you plan on driving. A sense of privacy and luxury while still surrounded by the outdoors. "

"Hidden gem. We were up in the mountains where it rained so decided to spend last night of our trip in cocoa Beach area. Rooms spotless host amazing and the best part as an animal lover was the rescue animals that are on the property. I have two myself. Will definitely be back."

"We enjoyed our stay. The rooms and staff were excellent. We loved hanging out on the upstairs deck. It was extremely easy and close to the beach. Breakfast had a wide variety and very tasty. We were there on Valentine’s Day. They had a dinner and show that was sold out. However, since we were staying in the hotel they let us come for the show. Which was fun.
