We really enjoyed our stay at this flat. The interior was great — modern, clean, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. It was clear that care had been taken to make the space welcoming and well-equipped. What really stood out was the night guard, who was incredibly helpful and kind. Parking a larger car was quite tricky in the available space, and without his patience and guidance, I honestly don't think I would have managed. His support made a huge difference and added a real personal touch to our stay. Overall, a great place to stay, and I would happily come back.

Good stay, friendly staff

We started badly, as the day we arrived there was really loud music from a bar next door until 3am. However, we were then changed to another flat where the noise was much less. We also had a few issues with appliances not working, but the property tried to fix them and if they couldn’t they let us use the appliances in another flat that was empty. The manager and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

This is a wonderful apart-hotel. Superbly clean, quiet, comfortable. Great location close to all the cultural attractions. Came with the family, the staff was very accommodating with a later checkout so the baby could nap before we left. I’ll come back to Nicosia just to stay at Central Park Residences again—it’s an experience on its own.

The apartment was beautiful and had a lovely balcony and view. The staff are very attentive and helpful. Vadym was especially good and made our arrival so much better with all his pre arrival organising.

Lovely apartment close to the old city

Lovely apartment that is well located for exploring the old town, however the building is not yet complete so things like the gym and pool were not ready which was disappointing as it was one of the reasons we booked. However, when complete I would recommend staying here if you want a luxury apartment that is close to the old city - 5 min walk!
