A very comfortable stay.
We had lots and of communication from the host beforehand. The accommodation was very clean and a very big room. The bed was extremely comfy. Great location. We were very happy here.

It’s not hard to see why this little gem has been running by the same lady for nearly 20 years. Genevieve is the perfect host, the rooms are traditionally beautiful, the location is perfect for all places…the beach, the old town…the square. I would definitely recommend a stay here.Thank you so much.

Beautiful large apartment, location was very convenient- close to the train station. Beach was about a 10 minute walk. The owner was extremely nice. We would definitely go back.

I loved this place. I felt like a French resident. There are very beautiful windows and it’s wonderfully decorated. The host is so great. I highly recommend.

Perfect Visit to Nice
We stayed for two nights in the quadruple room while in vacation in Nice. The room was spacious and in a very good location, just a short walk from the train station and to the old town and promenade areas. The owner, Genevieve, was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout our stay and was always willing to offer suggestions for great restaurants and things to do in the area. There are only a few rooms and two fully functioning bathrooms so sharing posed no problems whatsoever during our stay.

We were warmly welcomed to this beautiful room. It was bright and airy with plenty of room. Our host was very friendly and helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer.

This place wasn't terrible but I wouldn't recommend it mainly because either the walls are so thin that you hear everything or I had a crazy woman next to me who kept complaining that I was making noise when I wasn't doing anything. Then she would call the owner and both the owner and the crazy woman would complain about the noise (this was all before 8 PM-not even late). There were also multiple rooms sharing one bathroom and sometimes the line for the bathroom got very long. It's not terrible given the location and the room itself was fine but for the price you can find better alternative accommodation

Lovely host, superb location
Genevieve is a super host, she’s such a elegant and helpful lady, really enjoyed staying in her house. The local area is superb, 5 min walk to Nice Ville station, 10 min walk to the beach, really can’t complain! The only thing is, the two single rooms are separated by a locked door so if your neighbour watches tv late at night, you could just hear everything. I had to knock on the door and ask my neighbour to turn it down and still wore earplugs to sleep two of the nights. But if you are in double beds I’m pretty sure it doesn’t happen at all. Overall it was a really lovely stay. Will for sure come back.

Place/room/bathroom always kept clean, very nice lady host Genevieve who was easily accessible to contact, room was big, did not have any trouble using/sharing bathrooms with other guests, wifi always working, hot water always working, very convenient location, close/walking distance to train station and tourist sites. Kitchen was available for guests to use with utensils microwave sink refrigerator. Wasnt able to use laundry though someone always had clothes in both washer and dryer.

Clean, convenient location, noisy
Room was very clean, proprietor friendly. Convenient that there's a pharmacy right across the street and it's close to both the station (where I used the currency exchange, got a printout of my ticket back to Paris, and visited the tourist office) and (relatively) close to the beach. The room was simple and tidy: bed, television, fan, small nightstand, lamp, small hanger stand and waste basket. I would've liked a small luggage rack to keep my bag on. Main problem was the noise. There was car and pedestrian traffic throughout the night and it seemed to echo and it disturbed my sleep even with ear plugs (though it might have helped if the earplugs hadn't kept falling out of my ears as I (attempted to) sleep). I wish continental breakfast had been offered. Just offering some melba toast, croissants, juice/tea/coffee whether the price were added to the total stay fee or a small extra charge for it, would have been convenient and appreciated.

I loved my stay at Nice Riviera Sweet Home. Genevieve was a gracious host. My room was gorgeous and comfortable. I loved the tall windows and all of the natural light. The bed was comfy too. The room had an electrical strip, so lots of spaces to charge electronics. I also appreciated the hanging rack in my room. I slept with the windows open to let in fresh air. There was some street noise, but it didn't bother me. The bathroom is right next to the bedroom and you share it with one other room. The bathroom is nice and clean. The shower is a "typical" French shower... as in, it's small. The neighborhood seems to be a bit more local, which I appreciated after being in dense touristic areas, but it was also within walking distance of public transport, shopping, etc. I would recommend staying at Nice Riviera Sweet Home. I didn't use wifi, nor was I given any info about it... so not sure they have it. If it's important maybe ask before you book.

This B&B is only 7 minu walk distance to the raillway station. The hostess is always with smile on face,very friendly.The room is large and simple.The breakfast is so basic if more choice will be much better.

A good B & B. Certainly the price is right. Walls are very thin so you'll hear everything. Furnishings a little worn and uncomfortable. Location is great. Other than the friendly warm reception don't expect too much and your stay will be fine. I'd stay again if ever in Nice again.

A hidden gem in Nice! Ssshhh!
C'etais tres bien . J'adore chez home sweet home ! I enjoyed my stay so much I'd rather keep my thoughts a secret as I hope to book again soon! ... however, I will just say this is just the place for real travellers on a budget, especially artists, poets, writers, students and philosophers of the world...you will meet some interesting people around the communal breakfast table. The landlady Jenny is wonderful and very helpful, but please help her clear the pots from the table after breakfast as she works so hard every day; and always with a smile :-)

Nice Riviera Sweet Home is quirky but clean
It is more like a gite in the city. A small lodging house. It took a bit of finding largely because it's not a hotel with no clear signage outside. The proprietor was very sociable and welcoming. A large room traditionally in the French style of decor. Comfortable but basic. All the bathrooms were shared outside the room. Breakfast basic continental .

Genevieve eas ost gracious. even with a misunderstanding about our reservation. She was patient and accommodating with our arrival time, and have is helpful information despite our inability to speak French The room was wonderfully spacious with working WIFI. Breakfast was delicious, and check out easy. We would return. Nice was beautiful.

A Very Pleasant Stay
I found the accommodation and host,Genevieve very welcoming and very helpful. B & B is in a great location, a close walk to both the train and bus stations. I thought the area was very quiet, given the close proximity to the main traffic routes, bars and restaurants. Very reasonable price for a very clean room and lovely breakfast in the morning. I used to work in the Nice area years ago and visit it every year and would not hesitate staying here again.

Genevieve who owns and runs the B&B is very friendly and helpful. The shared bathroom is huge and clean. Breakfast was perfect for me. Location is great and it is very good value. The only downside was the poor soundproofing to the next door room - I could hear their TV clearly but luckily they switched it off at midnight.
