This is a review of how the hotel cares about its guests and not about the facilities.
We have been looking forward to staying at this hotel because it was our first time in NICE and the hotel looked good on pictures. Unfortunately due to French airstrike that started on the day we had our flight from London, we could never make it to France. We tried multiple times to talk to hotel, beg forgiveness due to French law "force majeure" under Articles 1218 and 1231â1 of the civil code and Articles L211â2 and L211â16 Code du tourisme. However they asked to email them when we managed to talk to them only once after trying to call and find someone to speak for 3 days in a row. At the end, they were dismissed and very unsympathetic of our situation. They charged us the full 1,000 euros without even talking to us. We were left with very sad and unwelcome feelings. I don't think I appreciate the unkind behavior and "only for the money" attitude of this establishment. Please go at your own risk.
