Extremely basic accommodation
An *extremely* basic hotel. Very clean but far fewer amenities than a Travelodge or Premier Inn for a UK comparison. Had to pay to park and despite this still not enough spaces in the car park. Quite isolated location - must have a car. Poor communication and overall disappointing and reasonably expensive for what it is.

An absolutely disaster. Don’t even know too start. This place is way up in the mountains, no where close to anything. It has no restaurants or even a place to by bottle water. The nearest restaurant was miles away and the Uber wouldn’t even deliver food to us. We booked 4 nights stay and after the first night had to leave and find another place. We are very disappointed at this loans at Hotel.com who absolutely washed their hands and did. It help us at all.

Nice and clean property with good location and surroundings. The AC was not working in the whole building and the only solution that was provided was mobile AC units that needed a vent outside which made it very noisy and allowed insects inside the unit. The management did not accept to move us I to another building nor provided any solution other that the mobile AC units. Management did not even then respond to my further follow ups during my whole stay.

The only think I didn’t like was in site parking. Some people took two parking spots and it was very difficult for us to park . :(!

Location in the middle of a secluded winding road. The panoramic pictures look amazing but in reality the pool is the size of a Jacuzzi in relation to the amount of guest that the property can hold. I have never seen a pool so crowded. From the early morning, the guests take "ownership" of the deck chairs by placing their towels on top. It is a race and competition to see who gets the spot. It was a huge disappointment for the amount of money we paid for this stay. At the end of the day we were never able to use the pool. The place is brand new but the pictures look better than the reality. Terrible price-quality ratio.

Pros. Beautiful grounds, very clean, good location, top floor room with spacious terrace and great views. Cons. Limited space around small, busy pool with lots of sun beds reserved but not in use. Parking difficult, although you can park over the road at the Dynamique building for no cost. Finding apartment was tricky when arriving on a late flight. Overall great holiday and would stay again.

Terrible customer service and very limited support hours. Had several problems with our room but they refused to do anything about it. We were made to pay for parking but could never find a spot.

Brand new property which is very accurately described in the property details. Well situated on hillside looking onto the Col de Vence. Lovely area with Vence and St Paul de Vence only 5 minutes drive away. My only negative comment is that the air conditioning in the room should be more powerful - it was unable to cool room down to the required temperature.

Horrible experience avec le service client de cet hôtel. J’ai demandé à pouvoir échanger ma réservation car je ne pouvais pas me rendre sur place, ils ont refusé mais en ont profité pour annuler ma réservation à ma place, sans que je ne le fasse, me faisant perdre mes avantages alors que j’ai payé le prix plein pour le séjour.

Schöne Anlage, geeignet für Sommer und Winter
War alles soweit in Ordnung und für die Wintersaison sauber und gut erhalten. Leider einen Negativpunkt gab es, während dem ganzen Aufenthalt gab es kein WLAN, was für das Arbeiten zwischendurch nicht optimal war. Auf Nachfrage kam die Antwort, dass Aufgrund der Feiertage niemand kommen kann oder wird um das Problem zu beheben, wir waren 4 Nächte da, da ist dies nicht sehr erfeulich, da dies auch ein ausschlaggebender Punkt für die Buchung ist.

Accommodatie is netjes en goed onderhouden, enkel is zwembad veel te klein met zoveel gasten en vaak vies aangezien het zwembad maar vanuit een kant waterafvoert. Dat is echt heel smerig!!!
