Hotel has been open 10 months. Good sized rooms and quiet, good breakfast and staff always very helpful. On site fish restaurant was good. Two minutes walk to main station and tram stops. We would be happy to visit again.

This hotel is next to the train station, yet it’s very quiet and you don’t hear any noise. The room is spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly and competent. The security guards, especially BJ are great. The breakfast is very good. The area has many unhoused people, but it’s safe. There are so many close by restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, clothing stores. It’s about half an hour pleasant walk to the beach. We wanted to make several day trips by train, and thus hotel was the perfect place for us.

Beautiful property in central Nice. Convenient, walkable and soth lots of shops, restaurants and cafés nearby. Located a few minutes walk from the train station and with a tran stop close by. Public transport is relatively cheap and easy to use. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Hotel staff Camille and J.B were excellent. I would recommend this hotel fir solo travel, a business trip or families.

The is an excellent hotel, rooms are quiet , clean and the bed was great. The roof top restaurant for breakfast is wonderful. Shame they allow smoking which ruins it for me when you get even one smoker. Area is very busy and I saw 3 arrests on different days of my stay. If you are looking to travel along the Cote D'azure being next to the main is great.

I stayed last night and found it to be overpriced for what it offers. The bed was very uncomfortable. The room felt dated and lacked basic amenities, like complimentary water. Given the price point, I expected more. There are better options in the area that offer a better experience for a lower cost. Overall, would not recommend it unless prices are reconsidered.

Das Hotel ist wunderbar und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Empfang bei der Anreise vor allem aber das Personal beim Frühstück sind besonders hervorragend! Die Lage direkt am Hauptbahnhof ist sehr praktisch und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut (auch zu Fuß) erreichbar. Wie an den meisten Hauptbahnhöfen sollte man jedoch sehr aufmerksam sein worauf aber auch gleich beim Check-in hingewiesen wurde. Das Personal macht einen sehr guten Job und wir kommen gerne wieder!
