The rooms can be very small, but for a short stay it's not bad. Convenient location and very easy to reach from the airport. Staff are excellent - had problems with the shower when I checked in, and the Maanager Ranaa sorted it out immediately.

Great location and decent size room. Felt like the bathroom shower needed a deeper cleaning / super tiny. Overall a great room but I would wake up to the smell of the breakfast food early in the morning.. somehow my vents were connected to it?

Concering the cleaning of the shower, our housekeeping service does a thorough daily cleaning and after your suggestion we will monitor it in order to refine it.Regarding the breakfast smell in the early morning, maybe it could be coming from a next door coffee shop in the block, due that you room was facing the street side and our kitchen area is located in the inner side of the building and there is no ventilation connected from the restaurant to the rooms.We sincerely hope that you will give us the opportunity to welcoming you back at Best Western Premier Hotel Roosevelt.Warm regards,FrancescaAssistant Front Office Manager

The property is in a really convenient location. It's very easy to get to the hotel from the airport. My room was quiet and comfortable. My friends and I had a great time here. Marie in the bar area was very helpful with recommendations around the city and we enjoyed the cocktails she prepared for us. I would definitely stay here again.

Decent hotel
The hotel is conveniently located. The room was super small and my only complaint is the partially enclosed shower which caused water to splash on the floor outside of the shower which is very anoying, otherwise all was great.

The staff was very kind and helpful. Nice to have a bar on site, great location — close to lots of shopping, restaurants, and a short walk to the beach. Rooms were nice and had everything we’d need.

The concierge was extremely friendly and helpful. The allowed us to check our bags for left luggage before check-in and after check-out. Great location.

Avoid! You can find better
Checked in at 5pm and the room was not ready and not checked by the staff, they informed me that the hotel was full, the had no cleaners able to clean the room and they were not even able to do refund as the manager was coming back the day after (bad bad bad); after insisting saying them that they MUST find a solution, the poor girl that was only a trainee, found another room which supposed to be even better than the originally booked. Checked in and surprise! The shower was Not working! It’s a dated hotel made looks pretty from outside but it’s cheap and terrible. Definitely not a 4 stars hotel!

This a cute boutique hotel in a good location. Rooms are nicely decorated art deco style. They feel luxurious. Nice balcony overlooking the street. Parking is available (extra)however not super convinient, one small block away, but totally manageable. What I didn't like was the shower had a very slow drainage, to the point one day my fiancée was taking a longer shower washing her long hair when we received a call from reception asking us if we could stop using the shower because the unit below was getting flooded. I don't know how they solved this but a few minutes later told us was okay to use the shower again, but after that, we were a bit afraid of not taking a "long" showers. Breakfast also good (extra). Also very nice the bar and super nice the bartender. Cocktails were supreme.

Smooth Pleasant Stay
Smooth and pleasant stay! Location was great, could walk around easily, beach was also walking distance.. and even easy to get to the Highway and drive away to all the nearby cities for daytrips. We got a bigger room than standard size so it was comfortable and had a nice street view.

Cozy, comfy and clean.
Very nice staff, quick and easy check in. Amazing mattresses. Very good nespresso coffee machine. Quickly toiletries. We had planned to rent a car, but hotel was Right in the heart of Nice, we walked to all places.

The room was a nice size with a Juliette balcony. Location of the hotel is very convenient to walk to Old Nice or Nice-Ville train station but is on a corner of cross streets and gets loud with honking cars and motorcycle/vespa motors. Breakfast includes hot & cold items but we found the food quality to be average. The bar is open only on select nights and three of the nights we tried to claim our complimentary drink, it was closed. We enjoyed ourselves here but we'd explore a different hotel if returning to Nice.
