Koselig betjening men små rom. Dårlig ventilasjon som medførte at man måtte sove med vindu åpent. Det var et uenderlig nabolag med en del bråk fra byens løse fugler.

Wonderful
Wonderful little hotel right near tram, shopping and restaurants. Very central perfect location, even though you are in the centre, the rooms are very well insulated. Has a lovely cafe bar underneath, staff waiting to give you a very warm welcome. Thank you we will be back 🙂🙂

The staff at reception were helpful and pleasant and although check in took a while, the hotel was good value. The location was good for both the old town and train station as well the tram to the airport. The cafe next door was also good

I had to ask for my VIP benefit. 3rd time staying at the hotel and this time they were rude. My room was ready, but said they’d charge me 10 euros to get in since it was before 3pm. It’s old, worn out, the bathrooms are gross and I Won’t stay there again.

First off - I’ve booked this hotel 2x previously. This time we arrived at 12m and was told our room was ready, but couldn’t get the keys to the room unless we paid 10 euros. Instead we left our bags and came back. I asked for our VIP gifts and was given a drink coupon. Would be have been nice to have gotten the keys to the room instead. Won’t stay here again as it seems they want to get every cent out of the guests versus customer service.

Great location, great price, great staff. This isn't a luxury hotel, but the staff really went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable, including making dinner recommendations and reservations. Great value. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, inexpensive hotel, this is a good option.

Easy 5mins walk to station so handy for early train. Room fairly basic but fine. Pretty view out the front but that can come with street noise, in our case very early morning even with windows closed. Internal noise also an issue as music audible middle of the night. Did not have the breakfast as left at 7am but the cafe seems very popular.

Tolle Unterkunft mit super Personal. Lage ist hervorragend und einfach mit der Tram vom Flughafen aus erreichbar. In unserem Zimmer war die Toilette jedoch etwas unpraktisch angebracht (Abstand zwischen WC und Wand bzw. Tür ist extrem knapp bemessen). Sein Geschäft zu verrichten war eine Farce. Im Bad war zudem ein wenig Schimmel zu sehen. Positiv: Sehr sauber alles und auch die Zimmerreinigung war sehr gründlich.

Super location - walk to Old Town and the beach. Breakfasts were lovely and Staff so responsive. I ordered a birthday package while there and they decorated the room, provided a delicious cake and also a bottle of wine! We had a balcony and that was very nice. When booking, ask for a room facing the front - nice views.

Estimada Raquel, le agradecezmos para su estancia y estamos feliz leer que le gustaba el hotel. De hecho estamos un 2* con tamano de las habitaciones mas pequenas. Hemos verificado las fotos de Expedia y de hecho no se trata de su habitacion triple pero es la misma que used tenia solos que los muebles no estan al mismo sitio pero para es resto es muy fidel a la realidad. Excellent location. Easily can take tram from Airport and get down at Medicin interchange and a short walk to the hotel. But if you are a family of 4, the room (20sqm) may be too squeezy.
