"We stayed in Club Room 303. It was wonderful! Comfy bed, nice shower, fireplace, a window that opens, free parking. You should know the Club Rooms are up one flight of stairs, no elevator. We had a delicious breakfast in Zees restaurant. All the staff we dealt with were pleasant and helpful. The location is great. For sure the next time we go to NOTL, we will, without hesitation, stay at the Shaw Club. (ps There was an earlier review that bashed the Club Rooms. Said it was old and noisy from a bar? I don't know how that could be. Our stay was very quiet, and the Club Room area is actually the newer part of the hotel.)"

"Room was super clean was a very nice hotel in the middle of no where super beautiful and peaceful great night sky's beautiful lake veiw from the room I was in. Staff where super helpful we asked for good places to eat and they had great places we went to and they were great. The lady's at the desk were super helpful and friendly I couldn't ask for a better stay very impressed with the service. Parking was perfect didnt have to walk far at all everything was convenient with parking. I would definitely be coming back highly recommended 12 mins from on the lake and 12 mins from the falls taking a Uber was under 20 $ to get wherever you wanted to go. If I Could Give 10 stars I would."

"The Scotsman is an amazing property a boutique hotel with amazing design and character. Staff are very polite and helpful and we enjoyed our stay here. If we visit Niagara on the lake we will definitely stay here again."
