Housekeeping never did anything to maintain our room. Staff was mediocre. It is nice to see they are doing some things to update the property. Not a bad place but not an amazing experience.

Having hard time to find parking spot specially one of the customer service was trying to send use in parking which was 3 minutes away from hotel but another one gave it to us with 10 dollar more

I appreciated the size of the rooms and that a microwave was available for me to have in the room during my stay. The only thing I would change would be to have the bathtub/toilet area smaller and the washroom sink/counter space larger. Thanks!

This was one of our favorite stays in Niagara. From the amazing customer service from ALL THE STAFF, how everything was walking distance, to the cleanliness of the rooms (and omg spacious)...AND THE VIEW!!! 10/10 DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!!

Our first room smelled musty then we requested another room not any better, by the end of two day stay I went home with a headache, bed was not that comfortable, I do not find staff friendly and accommodating

We had an incredible stay at the Vittoria Hotel in Niagara Falls! The location couldn't have been better – we were within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do. Being right across from the Speedway and surrounded by restaurants made grabbing a bite to eat or enjoying some entertainment so convenient. The room was spotless, and while the bed wasn't the most comfortable, we improvised by layering extra blankets for a bit of added cushion. Overall, we have no complaints and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and clean stay in Niagara Falls.

This hotel is in a great area and walkable to all facilities. It's clean, but we booked a room for 4 adults and 2 kids aged 6 and 9. Our room had 2 queen beds, which were good, but the sofa bed was awful—noisy and so uncomfortable that even the kids couldn't handle it. Despite complaining to the staff, they just said sorry and couldn't do anything about it.

With the new renovations everything was good. The only thing is limited parking. If you come late you have to park at the other lot. Jacuzzi was amazing.

The staff are amazing and it's a walking distance to everything! I was initially worried because of all the bad reviews I read but fear not! I will definitely be coming back with my husband! I would suggest booking in on weekdays so it's less busy in the pool/hot tub area. Overall experience is the best!

We had a great stay at Vittoria Suites. The off site parking was a little annoying and there are parking lots that are definitely closer and cheaper than the one that the hotel offers. We were a group of 4 women, and we felt safe walking around the area. It was a 16 minute walk to Fallsview, and 30 seconds from the top of Clifton hill. I requested a Fallsview room and ended up getting one with a view of the US falls. Overall we had a great stay and the room was clean!
