The floor from the sink to the bathroom is coming out ( broken) bed sheets are crinkled no complements water in the rooms, shower only half is working .

There were some small pieces of food on sofa when we enter in the room snd exhaust fan of washroom was very poor. There were smell in the room and AC of room was very laud.

The area of the hotel we stayed in needs a huge makeover! No carpets, better flooring that can be washed need to be installed. Not the housekeeping department's fault! This area is just old and tired.

Thankfully we stayed in the courtyard, but when we did go into the hotel to get ice it the room was full of garbage. One of our rooms had a fridge and the other did not it looked like there was one at one time but just an empty dirty space now. Toys were found under the bed. I stayed here a few years ago with my husband and it was lovely but not any more it had gone downhill.

Hotel is good but they really over charge for parking. $45 to park. Could have got valet parking at the embassy for the same price right next door. They dont post the parking rate on the website for a reason 😒

I didn’t like hotel room much! Bathroom was not clean. Bath tub had old yellow stains and very basic room even though i paid for the falls view but didn’t meet my expectations!

Staff were friendly. Physical plant including entire room was in poor conditions. Room was old, very worn which made it feel unclean. Toilet didn't flush and the TV wasnt much bigger than my phone. It was a cheap room so you get what you pay for I guess

Had such an amazing time with my husband for our 10 year Anniversary, we decorated the room & made it very special. No noise, very warm in the room, nice & clean. The pool was empty in the morning so we had a nice swim alone. Definitely could be better but for a 3-star hotel, it’s great. You get what you pay for. Best 3-star hotel around. Would visit again! :-D

For the price, it was very worth it. Especially for the view you get! The hotel room was cleaned where needed to be (bed and bathroom were very well cleaned!) but you could tell the sofa, curtains and ac were very dusty and the room felt stuffy. Towels didn't do very good job of drying. Also, I was not aware of extra fees and a security deposit. Wish that was made more clear.

I would never stay here again. The heat in my room didn’t work. It was so noisy outside and staff walking around with a trolly at night time! So disgusting and dirty in the room. Underneath the beds were caked on dirt and dust bunnies (not good for my allergies!) and when I called about how I had no heat in the middle of the night they told me sorry maintenance went home at 12…doesn’t help when my children and I are freezing and can’t sleep!
