"This is a fabulous hotel. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. We booked a Canadian fallsview room and it was very much worth the extra money. Staff are absolutely fantastic. Food at Stk restaurant was delicious. Whilst the pool area is really well maintained and clean, it is a shallow pool, a little cool and was always full of kids hitting each other with pool noodles. The hot tubs are very warm and lovely but the pool area can be really noisy and not quite right for a relaxing dip! Great for families though."

"We had a room with spectacular views of both Falls. It was well worth the cost. Room & shower were spacious & beds were comfy. All staff, from valets to front desk & concierge were friendly, pleasant & more than helpful with questions & local information. A most delightful experience."
