Great place. The room was nice, the pool/hot tub were excellent. It was a little noisy at night when we were trying to sleep from people talking in the hallway but otherwise no complaints.

This was not what we expected. Property was aged and bathroom was very dated with a lack in the cleanliness that is typical of Holiday Inn. We ended up booking with a different hotel for the next two nights that we decided to stay in the area. The location and staff were fantastic however, for 30$ more you can stay in much higher level hotels in the area.

Normally it’s very good but we got a different room which we’ve never stayed in and the heat did not work and it blew cold air only and it would not shut off..couldn’t sleep it was so loud and noisy..my husband finally unplugged the thing around 4 am

The only thing good about this hotel is the location. Otherwise the rooms are small and washroom are even smaller. Also you can hear noises if someone is taking shower next door or if someone is moving a floor above you. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

This is a great hotel. Location was perfect as we were seeing a show at Fallsview and my daughter’s fav bar is Margaritaville which was right next door. Parking was included in our stay and we choose the breakfast option which was a great money saver and the restaurant menu had a lot of options. Small but very mighty detail for me; they have Dove pump hand soap in the bathroom. No gross little bar soaps! I really liked that. Staff was also incredible, very friendly at the desk and the restaurant. In fact, they always spoke to us every time we passed the front desk. When we were leaving, the lovely cleaning person on the 3rd floor said “I hope you had a great stay with us” as we were getting into the elevator. Amazing people work at this hotel. Lastly, we had a wonderful time at the pool and the sauna. It was super clean and lots of towels available. We will stay here again.

The hotel rooms are not sound proof , we are taking a international business phone call in our room at 10 pm, which is not so loud just at audible level when 2 professional talk in a room not laughing or partying or playing the tv , and the neighbour room guy , bangs our door rudely and shouts very loud to us to lower our voice , me and my husband got upset , and uncomfortable to continue our business call with our client and scared to even turn on the tv during rest of our stay because of that incident.

The set up inside the room was great for a cheer competition with 2 girls having to get ready at the same time. Location is good and price is reasonable for what you get.
