The property offered rooms with three beds, which was great for our needs. Very easy drive to the falls and a lot of dining options nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful. checking in and out was quick and easy. The space breakfast was served was not very pleasant. The food offerings were okay but we chose to have breakfast elsewhere after our second night. We did not use the pool but it was clean and would be great on a hotter day. The guidebook in the room was helpful but could use an update.

‘Manor’ is a big stretch! The photos online do not reflect the terrible condition within this motel. The room I stayed in may have been the most outdated room I have stayed in in 25 years. One and done!

Property is very pretty from outside and needs maintenance indoors. Bed was clean and comfortable, but walls/doors are peeling paint. Breakfast is sufficient. Location is convenient. Staff were helpful, except for the maintenance guy who mistakenly tried to get into our room at 9:30 PM while our toddler was asleep. Pleased with overall value at $80CAD per night, would have been disappointed at $140.

the amount I paid was not worth the stay. I've been to hotels or properties earlier in same price point. But the facilties here was not good. There were no sleepers given in washrooms, no cutlery in the room. The sink in washroom was clogging a little. The washroom was kinda clean and why there was no door near sink area .

The breakfast opens at 8:30am which is too late since most hotel offers breakfast at 6:30 or 7am. The hotel room key is only one attached to a key chain and a fob. So if my partner wanted to step out side, someone must have key to open up the door. We stayed comfortably at the spacious family room with 3 queen size beds. The swimmin pool size was good but the hotub does not work. Overall we liked the spacious bedroom and quite place. And friendly and kind staff. We will be back!
