"Fantastic check-in experience thanks to friendly staff. Convenient nearby parking. Great view on the falls. Bath was huge and appreciated but kind of hard to get in and out. Room design very convenient for family. Would have appreciated a microwave in the room, as well as a shower cap. Aside from that it was a dream ! Breakfast buffet is great with a big diversity of meals along with a quick refill turnover. But staff not really useful there. Some were very tensed and unfriendly. Some other were great but uncomfortable as it's not needed in a buffet and we don't want to socialize much in the morning. Overall it was a superbe expérience and I would definitely recommend it."

"Two small glitches with customer service but nothing that caused big problems. When I arrived at 4 pm I was told check in started at 4 and my room would be ready in 30-40 minutes. Also I requested towels via text and was told they were delivered and they were not. Everything was clean and location was fantastic."
