"Elevators took an unusually long time every day, which made getting around frustrating. The pedestrian bridge to the falls from the back of the property was closed for the entire stay, which was a big inconvenience. I originally booked when it was Embassy Suites, but it has since transitioned to Hyatt and there was quite a bit of construction going on that impacted the overall experience. Breakfast was underwhelming compared to past stays, with very limited portions and options. On top of that,...

"Very spacious room with large bathroom which included a jacuzzi tub! Breakfast included and was delivered to our room! Consisted of yogurt with granola, a mini egg quiche, croissant with jams and a piece of fruit! Great french press coffee too! Staff was super nice and greeted us each time we came and went during our staff! Extremely happy with our stay!"
